Prior to Bruce passing he sent me all of his files for the creation of his RPC design. His design was different than many RPC's with the addition of a potential relay and on some versions a time delay relay. You can see the document he wrote (still in draft) detailing the development of his RPC designs.
There are a few different versions I've posted the design document for the right one for your needs depends on the amount of three phase power you desire.
